RULES:

My commission slots are open the first week of the month.
I work from 8 am to 5 pm (UTC), the rest of the time I'm offline. My days off are Thursday/Friday. Saturday/Sunday are patreon days.
Write to me at any time.
I work fast, you can view your queue on Trello . I will notify you about the process of work and sometimes ask for clarification.
Adequate edits will be free, big changes after approved line and final work may incur additional charges. You must have the rights to the character, or the character's author allows to use their character for commercial purposes.BAD ENGLISH:
I am not a native speaker and use translators. There are probably a lot of mistakes in my texts. Please point them out to me so that I can fix them. Thank you for your patience and understanding!PAYMENT:
Payment is processed through services - LavaTop/Hipolink/Patreon for fraud protection. (You can use Paypal or bank cards.) We can discuss payment using other methods, such as cryptocurrency.
Prepayment 100%.
I reserve the right to decline a commission before payment has been completed, or if payment was made in error.
Edits are paid separately, they are not affected by interest.LICENCE RIGHTS:
I will be able to post the work on my social networks with the indication of my authorship with my watermark and speedpaint, I will indicate for whom the work was made and whose character it is. You can remain anonymous if you wish (warn me in advance).COMMERCIAL USE:
If you want to use the work for commercial purposes, forbid me to post the work on social networks or remove the indication of my authorship, you can buy back the work, it will add 100% to the final cost.REFUND:
Cancellation of the order takes place on your initiative. Contact the service you paid through or your bank. Please let me know that you wish to refund before making it out.
Be prepared that in some situations a refund may not be possible.ATTITUDE TOWARDS AI:
I do not use generative AI for art, I do not trace, I do not use photo-bashing. I invest creativity, emotions, and human labor into my works. You may not train neural networks based on my works (even those you have purchased), nor edit them to remove watermarks or for the purpose of insult. You may use neural network references to demonstrate to me the result you want, create AI images with purchased adopts, edit images with a note stating that they have been edited using AI, and you may use the text-based version of AI.

HOW YOUR ORDER WORKS & WHAT YOU'LL GET:DISCUSSION & TERMS : We start by reviewing your brief. Please note that my current queue is maybe longer than one week. I only begin work after payment is received.YOUR BRIEF: Ensure your instructions are as clear and detailed as possible. Include reference images that show what you want. Important: Specify exactly which details in the references are essential, especially if references differ. Any details not explicitly stated may be interpreted creatively by me, and subsequent changes to those elements will incur additional fees.PAYMENT & QUEUE: After payment, you'll secure your spot in the queue on my Trello board. You can track your order's status and progress there. The project deadline begins once payment is received and your spot reaches the front of the queue.STARTING WORK: When it's your turn, I will notify you, and we'll begin a more detailed discussion.PROCESS STAGES:STAGE 1: – Composition: We finalize the idea. I will provide 2-3 rough sketch options for you to choose from.STAGE 2: – Sketch: I develop the chosen option into a detailed sketch. At this stage, you can request minor, non-global adjustments.STAGE 3: – Flat Colors: I apply flat base colors.STAGE 4: – Lighting & Color Correction: I add lighting, shadows, and finalize the color palette.STAGE 5: – Background: When the character and the lighting are almost ready, I focus on the background.STAGE 6: – Final Render: I complete the final rendering and details.*The stages may vary or change places.COOPERATION:
Using my knowledge, I will help you realize your idea, helping at every stage.COMPLETION & DELIVERY: Once ready, I will send you a Google Drive link to download the final high-resolution files. Please download them within one week. You are welcome to leave feedback on the Trello card. A speedpaint video of the process will also be available there for you to view.
