Terms of Service (TOS)
By commissioning me or purchasing my adopts, you agree to all terms below.

✔ 100% prepayment, 3 days hold, $200+ split payment
✔ Personal use only (add +100% for commercial)
✔ No refund on main adopts after file transfer
✔ If I don't reach your Trello slot within 60 days → full refund. Deadline starts when your slot comes up.
✔ 14 days unresponsive = cancellation without refund
✔ No AI in my work. You can use AI references or AI edits (must label them)
✔ One chat thread only. I reply within 24h

PAYMENT:
100% prepayment required. Methods: Lava.top / Hipolink / Patreon (PayPal, bank cards, or crypto — ask in advance).
- For orders over $200: Payment can be split into two cards. First payment (sketch stage or half the work) — second payment (final files). Work continues after each payment.
- Payment hold: You have 3 days to pay after winning an auction or confirming an order. After 3 days, the slot or adopt may be released.
I reserve the right to decline any order before starting, with a full refund.
REFUNDS:
- I can issue a refund for a specific part of an order (e.g., for one add-on) or for the whole order.
- If your queue slot has not been reached within 60 days after payment, you may request a full refund — even if partial work has been done.
- If a full refund is issued after I have already created a sketch (or any partial work), that sketch still belongs to you. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. For complex character design orders (as described in my portfolio), the same applies — all completed work belongs to you, including commercial rights if they were part of the original agreement.
- Force majeure: If I am offline on all social media for more than 7 days without notice, you may initiate a refund. I will not dispute it.
If I make a clear mistake (wrong character, wrong colors, wrong pose despite clear references), I will fix it at no cost. If I cannot fix it, you may request a full refund of the entire payment card.
- Refunds are NOT possible if:
• The main adoptable files have been transferred to you
• You approved a stage and changed your mind
• You were unresponsive for 14+ days during the process
COMMISSIONS:
- Process: I contact you within 48 hours after payment. Stages: sketch → final. Your approval required before moving to final.
- Queue tracking: You receive a Trello card to track your position.
- Deadlines: I work on one commission at a time. The deadline starts when I reach your slot, not at payment. If I haven't started within 60 days, you may request a full refund.
"Started" means I have sent you the first sketch for approval.
- Revisions: 3 free minor revisions (color, small details). Major changes (pose, composition, redesign) — quoted separately. No changes after you approve a stage.
- Rush priority: Available for a fixed fee (discuss in advance). Moves your commission to the front of the queue. Only one priority slot is available at a time.
- Commercial use: Personal use only by default. Commercial rights = +100% of final price.
ADOPTS:
- Instant adopts (fixed price): Files transferred immediately after payment. No edits to main adoptable. No refunds after transfer.
- Auction adopts: Winner = highest bid. Main adoptable and add-ons are sold as separate cards:
• Card 1: Main adoptable (non-refundable after transfer)
• Card 2: Add-ons (follow commission rules: Trello, approvals, revisions)
- Add-ons (sketch, half/full body, extra views, alt design, refsheet) are drawn on the same image. Deadline: You will be notified when I reach your slot. The 7-14 day deadline starts from that notification.
- Commercial rights for adopts:
• Included only if you won Auto-Buy (AB) during auction, or buy full AB pack after auction for AB price.
• Lower add-ons cannot be upgraded later.
- Edits to adopts: You may edit the adopt for personal use as long as you do not remove the watermark or create something insulting. Edits to add-ons follow commission rules.
NSFW & FETISH:
• NSFW: +100% of base price (negotiable)
• Fetish: +200% of base price (ask before ordering)
On payment platforms that restrict NSFW, these items will be listed under "costume" or "design changes." You will know what you are purchasing.
AI POLICY:
I do not use generative AI, tracing, or photo-bashing.
You may not train AI on my works. You may use AI images as visual references for me.
You may create AI images of adopts you own, but must clearly state they are AI-edited to avoid confusion with my hand-drawn originals.
RIGHTS:
- You (buyer): Personal use only unless commercial rights purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, claim as yours, or use for NFTs or merchandise.
- Me (artist): I may post artwork (including WIP) on my social media and portfolio. You may request anonymity — I will not tag you.
- Credit: Art by @SBWCart appreciated (optional).

Telegram / email / the social media where we started the conversation. All contacts are available from the start. Please use only these channels — I may not respond quickly elsewhere.
Response within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). If offline 7+ days without notice — see Force Majeure.

- Whatever was clearly promised to you in our chat will be honored

HIGH COMMISSION PROCESS
YOUR BRIEF:
Ensure your instructions are as clear and detailed as possible.
Include reference images that show what you want.
Important: Specify exactly which details in the references are essential, especially if references differ.
Any details not explicitly stated may be interpreted creatively by me, and subsequent changes to those elements will incur additional fees.
PROCESS STAGES:
STAGE 1: – Composition: We finalize the idea. I will provide 2-3 rough sketch options for you to choose from.STAGE 2: – Sketch: I develop the chosen option into a detailed sketch. At this stage, you can request minor, non-global adjustments.STAGE 3: – Flat Colors: I apply flat base colors.STAGE 4: – Lighting & Color Correction: I add lighting, shadows, and finalize the color palette.STAGE 5: – Background: When the character and the lighting are almost ready, I focus on the background.STAGE 6: – Final Render: I complete the final rendering and details.*The stages may vary or change places.
